It’s not stylish. It’s not going to work even if it is audacious. It’s like all of the sudden @Ferrari starts making @Tesla products. We get the audacity, the slay, appealing to seduce the millennials because hey we fashion br ands speak millennials, are held commercial hostages by their digital power across social medias, and are willing to sacrifice our fashion houses edi torial curves to please oh please buy our clothes to them. Well, one thing about innovation. It comes from within, like a st and. The Old Couture Maisons are denaturing the very fondamental element that made them who they are not for 2 or 3 seasons but for decades. Short term everyone is crazy about @lallo25, (sales @gucci are pillioning the billion), I am not ( and yes you will tell me I don’t get it and I am a hater) because he is throwing away the power a sophisticated br and has created to a patchwork of wannabes fabric graffitis and pseu do-couture hype. Like labs in SanFran creating man made diamonds instead of going after the real diamonds. That was slay, indeed. #Gucci will be nothing but a shorter lived version of that because its celebrity support system, the #JaredLe to’s, is tiding towards nothing really regally revolutionary. Which brings us to #DemnaGvasalia, he is in a sense creating, copying the same strategy, but his angle is total disruption. He supports @BernieS anders but he is acting #SteveBannon, going @wearebreitbart on taste, fashion and couture.
