#ORLAN accouche d’elle-m’aime

En juin 2013, elle porte plainte contre Lady Gaga pour plagiat. Pour #Orlan, la star américaine, dans l’album Born This Way sorti en 2011, s’inspire trop librement de ses “hybridations”. De plus, le début du clip de la chanson homonyme montre Lady Gaga fardée et décapitée et rappelle sa Femme avec tête exécutée en 1996. L’artiste dem ande un dé dommagement de 31,7 millions de dollars, soit 7,5% du chiffre d’affaire réalisé lors de la promotion de l’album.
