AMSTERDAM FASHION WEEK | HIS ECLECTIC KINGDOM | COLD METHOD

Collezione maschile del grande talento belga Dieter de Cock, mente creativa e designer del marchio olandese COLD METHOD. Dieter was born in Wetteren, Belgium in 1978. He graduated at the Royal Academy of Arts in Gent in 2002. He began his career as an assistant Head-Designer for Stephan Schneider for 4 years. In 2006 Dieter started to work as a menswear designer for the famous Dutch Designers: Viktor & Rolf. Dieter also designed under license the silk accessories and sunglass-collections for Viktor & Rolf. In 2009 he switched to more denim related brand Blue Blood designing the menswear collection.

E diventato il vero “darling” della stampa locale. La collezione A/W 2013-14 “HIS ECLECTIC KINGDOM” é ispirata dai suoi del singer-songwriter inglese King Charles. I looks rappresentano una variazione giocosa dello stile Dandy. Come le canzoni di King Charles, i looks rappresentano il concetto di “Tough Romance” nell’interpretazione piu’ sublime del termine

“Rugged yet sophisticated” e’ l’esatta definizione che Dieter stesso da’ della sua collezione.
