AMSTERDAM FASHION WEEK | Claes Iversen Jardin de Mode | by Giusy de Ceglia 

Claes Iversen is Amsterdam Fashion Week’s enfant chéri; he repaid us back with an ouverture of flowers with color blocking and fluidity that convey minimalistic edge. We traveled the nude and the grey to l and on the blouses and the soirées. Yet les pièces de résistances were the flowers sewed on skirts and dresses in bright smokey-neon eyes and négligé-hair lovely. La cerise sur le gâteau was the sequins and the black parade. Claes Iversen really impressed us with his show tonight.

Feminity was not overplayed, but embraced. Gracefully.
