COLD METHOD | Dieter de Cock’s 1960 AMSTERDAM | GUISY DE CEGLIA

The COLD METHOD S/S 2013 collection has been designed by the very talented Dieter de Cock and inspired by the documentary “Sympathy for the Devil” from 1968, which portrays the Rolling S tones while working on their famous song. Both the raw and the charming sides of Mick Jagger’s personality have influenced Dieter de Cock’s creative process.
This collection takes us back to the Lon don of the 60’s and displays a mix of dressed and casual – which is also the trademark of COLD METHOD. Man & female elements blend in to each other, while delicate colors alternate with strong pop colors. In particular, the eye catching color accents in dark red, mint green and lime have been inspired by the work of Andy Warhol, who also made portraits of Mick Jagger in the 60’s.
